Tons of ppl having a lot of trouble with the new Nvidea drivers and TV out, especially with S-Video analog.

The best drivers right now for TV Out - s-video analog is version:
190.62_desktop_win7_winvista_32bit_english_whql
http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/190.62/190.62_desktop_win7_winvista_32bit_english_whql.exe
So uninstall the drivers that really messed up your TV Out with a s-video cabel, and install this.
